Well hasn’t it been the most extraordinary week!
We’ve all been very busy helping our clients with emergency planning; trying to work out what could happen and being prepared as best we all can.
It’s very bizarre being in such a strange situation where we’re all being affected and going through the same thing. I’m sure that you, like me, have been through tough times before. Times when you weren’t sure if your business would survive, so to be going through those fears with the rest of the world is truly very odd, but there is comfort to be had I think that we all seem to be out to help each other through it.
Part of our response has been to team up with 3 other leaders in their fields to create a the Corona Business Advice group. Along with Stuart Ross – MD of High Growth and leadership / strategy expert, Greg Simpson – MD of Press For Attention and marketing PR expert, and Robin Johnston – lawyer and corporate trouble shooter with Buckles.
We’re in the process of creating content covering the topics that we advise our clients on so that any business owner can get access to our advice for free during this very strange time.
The main place we’ll be putting this content is on LinkedIn, and in a group we’ve created on LI – just search for Corona Business Advice and ask to join.
A huge personal challenge for me!
I’m planning to run a Facebook Live session Friday afternoon at 2pm on Planning, Managing and Conserving the Cash in your Business. Most of my time is being spent helping my clients with this and it occurs to me that lots of people need help with their emergency cash planning. We all know cash will be the thing that gets our businesses through this.
I’ll be covering as many things as I can to help you get a practical grip on the things you can control, how to get it all out of your head, and to get out of worry and overwhelm.
This is WAY out of my comfort zone but so many people are asking for help with cash flow I’m prepared to make the sacrifice and scare myself witless!!
Hope to see you there.
Keep safe, keep well and please if anyone needs help, please just ask!
