There’s no doubt that things are becoming more hectic and complicated here, and I’m always looking for ways to streamline what we do, get organised and stay ahead of the game. But Trello, which I totally love, just wasn’t cutting it any more. Thanks to Kate Gerry for recommending this on our retreat last weekend, I’ve now been converted to the joys of Asana (link is external). Cloud based, free for small businesses, and easy enough for even me to get to grips with. It’s given me everything I could have wanted and lets our team interact directly and update projects, which is going to significantly cut down on email. It even got Sean’s techie approval!
