Simple management accounts
Every business, no matter how small needs management information that tells them not only where they’ve been, but where they’re going. The accounts packages can give you some information but they lack the flexibility to easily forecast the rest of the year, targeting that all-important profit number at year-end. We put in place a template that lets you drop in your actual monthly figures and be able to constantly update your future month forecast – giving you total control of what you want to achieve this year. The template makes it easy to add KPIs and graphs to monitor your most important figures and trends, helping you make quick decisions on the things that matter.
What does this work best for?
Our Toolbox day is designed for our smaller clients where the level of complexity isn’t great and we can put all these brilliant tools in place in just one day. This will typically mean a business of 1m turnover or less, but you could be larger than this with a simple business model.
