I have very strict privacy policies and I strive to keep your personal and financial information secure. To that end, I have prepared this privacy policy to disclose and describe my information gathering and dissemination practices for this website.

The FWord Ltd registered office is: 14 Park Row, Nottingham, NG1 6GR. We have two brands under which we collect information: The Fword and SerenaHumphrey.com.

We store information within the following systems: Encrypted Microsoft Office Documents, Basecamp, PipeDrive and MailChimp, all secured with unique and secure logins held by the administrators at The F Word
All admin level users for The Fword were confirmed in May 2018. Our website is continuously checked for security updates and software updated monthly.
How we use your information
If you subscribe to my newsletter, your contact information (email address) is used to send it to you or to communicate to you via other channels such as advertising on Facebook.
On occasion, I make special offers to newsletter subscribers. These are primarily for my own services, but may include offers on behalf of third parties. I alone send out the emails, to ensure that the third parties do not have access to your information. However, all recipients of the newsletter may opt-out of receiving future newsletters when so desired, and are given opportunity to opt-out of these emails at any time at the bottom of each newsletter.
